From accompanying materials: B. Feb. 2, 1894, Warren, Ohio. Enlisted August 14, 1918 at Washington D.C. as a Private in the Quartermaster department of the Air Service. He belonged to the 122 Aero Squadron, and was in service at Camp Vail, N.J. at Roosevelt Field and Damm Field. Discharged from service at Camp Sherman January 26, 1919.
