Local records indicate Harry Glen Phelps (1887-1976) was employed as a barber in Warren and as a custodian in the Warren school system. He was married three times, to Edna Lasher (1913), Clara Louise Diets and Dorothy Vail Phelps. His obituary lists two sons, Raymond and Richard. Three brothers, Clinton, George and Cecil preceded him in death. He was buried in Crown Hill Burial Park, Vienna, Ohio.
