      note = {Per donor, "Youngstown Kitchens set up a lab in the Dana  Street facility and, it is my understanding, the actual  mock-ups were assembled in the Mullins Manufacturing  warehouse in Salem, Ohio. Taken using a Korona wooden box  camera with a 10.5 inch, roughly 267mm, Speed Graphix  shutter lens. The slides are much "color faded" according  to Dodd camera in Solon, Oh. Color was restored by using  the Color correction function of the Epson Scanner  software."
