A Richard Flaherty is also recorded on June 6, 1919 in the Ohio, Roster of Soldiers, Sailors, and Marines in World War I as living at 115 Morse Avenue, Niles. His draft registration card lists his birth date as February 28, 1889, his occupation as a musician at the Hippodrome theater in Youngstown, and that he claimed medical exemption.
