We find a Charles Pipher (b.1854) in the 1910 census living in Milton Township, Mahoning County, with his wife Eliza (b.1861) and children Carlos (b.1888), Ellis (b.1888) and Elva (b.1895). Charles died July 15, 1926 and is buried in the Lutheran cemetery in Newton Falls, Trumbull County as per Find-A-Grave.
