We find an Eliza S. McAllister Pipher (b.1861) in the 1910 census living in Milton Township, Mahoning County, with her husband Charles Pipher (b.1854) and children Carlos (b.1888), Ellis (b.1888) and Elva (b.1895). Eliza died in 1950 and is buried in the Lutheran cemetery in Newton Falls, Trumbull County as per Find-A-Grave.
