The 1900 census finds a Harriet Arvilla Pipher , born December 28, 1881 to Charles Pipher and his first wife, Mary Fenton, living in the household of her grandparents, Mary and Samuel Fenton in Milton Township, Mahoning County, Ohio. By 1910 Arvilla has married and is living in Portage County with her husband Ane V. Wilms (aka Arie Wilmus) and daughter Juanita.
