The 1900 federal census shows an Elva I. Pipher, born in April 1895, living in Lake Milton, Mahoning County, Ohio with her father Charles, mother Eliza, and siblings Ellis and Carlos. She married Herbert Raymond Clark on June 10, 1914. Elva died May 2, 1990 and is buried in the Lutheran Cemetery at Newton Falls, Trumbull County, Ohio.
