She married Myron Rogers Jones (1867-1940) in 1893 and had one son, Myron Robert Jones (1901-1983). Elsie died on July 15, 1944 in Fowler and is buried in the Vienna Township Cemetery. This item was included in an album of cabinet cards, many unidentified. According to the donor, the Stoddard family came from Scotland to the Johnston and Fowler area, purchasing land near the intersection of Bradley Brownlee Road and Stoddard-Hayes Road, Fowler Township. Many family members are buried in the Johnston Township cemetery. Gift of Walter W. Stoddard.
