Willard married Ruth Ronald Siebenaller on January 17th, 1942 and fathered three children, Jeffrey, Sharon and Lesa Siebenaller. He was a member of the Christ Episcopal Church, the Elks Lodge 295 and the Old Erie Lodge 3 F&M. Willard was active in the Hot Stove League and played semi-professional baseball. He passed away in In Youngstown in April, 1983 and was buried in Crown Hill Burial Park. Willard served in the U.S. Navy during World War II, and received the Philippine Liberation Medal, the Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal and the Good Conduct Medal. Following the war he was the Chief Administrator for the U.S. Air Force Reserves in Vienna, Ohio for 28 years , retiring in 1980. Willard was the brother of Kenneth J. Siebenaller, also included in the Veterans of Trumbull County Project.
