The boy in the front row holding the guitar is Norman "Darl" Templeton of Newton Falls.
According to the donor, WRRN was a radio station in Warren, active from 1941-1948. It was located on one of the upper floors of the Mahoning Building on the corner of East Market and Main Streets.
