Notes
John C. Leslie, born 1841 in Liberty Township, was the great-great uncle of donor Lynn Dingledy Topar. John lived in Brookfield and joined the Union Army in Trumbull County in 1863. He survived the war and married Florence in Brookfield in 1867. They had three sons, Frank C., William A., and John O. John lived in Fowler and Warren during his lifetime.
