This scan of a scan of a postcard is of McCormick’s Garage in Newton Falls, located at 226-230 North Canal Street. The garage was owned by Louis W. McCormick (far left), the grandfather of the donor. He estimates the dates the garage was in operation to be from the 1920’s to the late 1930, based on information from city directories. After the garage was sold the property was known as Newton Auto Sales. It was destroyed in the tornado of 1985.
